Edit Your Information (like address, name, email):
- Under “tools” choose edit your information.
- Make your changes and press the save button
Change Your Password:
- Under “tools” choose “change your password”
- Enter a new STRONG password – must have 1 upper case, 1 lower case, one special character and one number. You will be prompted if your new password is incorrect.
- Your new password will be emailed to you
Place An Order:
- Click the “View & Edit Your Order” graphical button on the main page.
- You are now taken to the order page.
- If the order cycle has been turned on by Bread Beckers, you will have the ability to add products to your cart.
- If the order cycle has not been turned on yet, you will only be able to view products.
- When the ordering cycle is open, you will be automatically notified via email.
- Scroll through the page and select the products you wish to purchase by typing in the quantity you want for each one in the corresponding quantity box.
- If you have already placed an order in this cycle, the items you selected will already have quantities listed for the, and you will also see them in the “Order Details” box on the right
- When you have quantities by all the items you want to order, click the “Add All items To Cart” button on the right hand of the page under the “Order Details” box.
- Of course, you can come back and add, edit or remove products from your order up until the Customer Order Cut Off Date, which is shown at the top of the order page and also on the main page of your account.
- If you have added an item to your cart, but have changed your mind and no longer want the item, simply type a "0" (zero) into the items quantity box and click the “Add All Items To Cart” button and it will be removed.
Change Co-Op:
- If you wish to change your Co-Op, you can put in a request to change by clicking “Change Co-Op” under “Tools” on the main page.
- Your request will happen after the current delivery cycle ends.
- If you request to change a Co-Op and you have already placed your order, your original Co-Op will fill the order.
- You can only change Co-Ops in the beginning of a delivery cycle, but you can request the change at any time.
- Your Co-Op change will happen automatically, and you will be notified that the change has gone though the first time you log in to your account in the next delivery cycle.
Viewing Past Orders:
- On the main page, click “Order History” under “Orders”.
- You can easily see all your different orders in the Bread Becker system.
- You can easily see what was customer ordered and what the final invoice was.
- You can also see the year and quarter for each order, as well as when it was marked delivered by Bread Beckers.
